  • How do I book event space?

    To reserve the venue, simply submit a rental inquiry through our online form or contact our events team directly. Your date is secured once the rental agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

  • What types of events can be hosted?

    Our venue accommodates a wide range of events including weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, conferences, birthday parties, community gatherings, workshops, galas, baby showers, church services and more.

  • How many guests can the space hold?

    Capacity varies based on layout. We offer multiple setup configurations such as banquet-style, theater-style, classroom-style, and open-floor reception formats. Our team will help determine the best layout for your event needs.

  • What is included in the rental fee?

    Our standard rental package typically includes:

    • Use of the main event space
    • Tables and chairs
    • Access to restrooms and preparation areas
    • Additional amenities and upgrades may be available based on your event package.
  • Do you provide catering or allow outside catering?

    We offer preferred catering partnerships with local vendors. Outside catering may be permitted with prior approval. Additional service or kitchen fees may apply.

  • Can we bring our own decorations?

    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own décor. However, some restrictions apply (e.g., no open flames, glitter, or wall-damaging adhesives). All décor must be removed by the end of your rental period.

  • Do you provide audio/visual equipment?

    Yes. We offer built-in A/V equipment such as projectors, microphones, speakers, and screens. Additional technical support can be arranged and be an additional cost.

  • Is a deposit required to book the venue?

    Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due based on the terms of the rental agreement.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Can we tour the venue before booking?

    Absolutely! We encourage all clients to schedule a tour to see the space and ask questions before finalizing a booking.
